RTO NATIONALLY RECOGNISED TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
The RTO courses we facilitate are: Work safely at Heights RIIWHS204E; Enter and Work in Confined Spaces RIIWHS292E & Provide First Aid HLTAID011.
RTO course bookings are only confirmed once full payment of course fees has been received.
Positions are limited on all courses and cannot be reserved.
If an invoice is issued for a course, your position on that course is not confirmed until full payment of course fees has been received. Full payment is due at least one week prior to the commencement of the course.
Candidates have 6 months to redeem a course booking.
*Complimentary nationally accredited courses are available upon full payment of a 5th Point IRATA course (Sydney students only). One accredited course per student per IRATA course booking. Please note that all accredited courses are a separate syllabus and are an additional one-day course. You have 60 days from the date of your IRATA assessment to claim one of these free courses. All accredited courses are offered frequently throughout the year. Please view our RTO Training page for courses schedules or feel free to contact us for more information. (Note: These conditions apply to IRATA Course candidates who have enrolled in an RTO Course).
PRE-REQUISITES
All course candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years, and have an aptitude for working at heights/confined spaces (Work Safely at Heights and Enter and Work Confined Spaces courses only).
All candidates are required to sign a medical declaration form for courses, as they can be quite physically demanding. All information disclosed on these forms is kept private and is not available to the public.
All students must have a Unique Student Identifier, or USI number to attend an RTO Course.

We encourage candidates who identify that they may have concerns regarding their language, literacy or numeracy capabilities, or who identify that they may have concerns understanding course content due to English being their second language, to contact 5th Point directly for more information about the support services we offer.
RTO CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice in writing, management will retain the full course fee and may only transfer your course fee in circumstances of illness (upon presentation of a current medical certificate) or extreme hardship.
Failure to provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice in writing for complimentary nationally accredited courses (IRATA Course Candidates only), will result in forfeiture of that course.
Failure to attend your scheduled training course will result in 5th Point retaining the full course fees.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your RTO Training due to contracting Covid-19, please contact 5th Point management immediately. Please email training@5thpoint.com.au your positive PCR test result confirmation from Service NSW. Or, if you have taken a RAT test, once you have registered your result with Service NSW, please email 5th Point the registration confirmation. Failure to do so, may result in forfeiture of your course fees.
ALL COURSE FEES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Candidates have overpaid the course fees.
Prospective candidates have enrolled in training that has been cancelled by 5th Point.
Prospective candidates have withdrawn from the course and provided 14 days’ notice (in writing) to 5th Point.
Prospective candidate withdraws from the course (without providing 7 days’ notice) due to illness (medical certificate must be provided) or extreme hardship and 5th Point Management agree to exercise discretion.

General Terms and Conditions
IOSH Course
Cancellations made in writing with more than 14 days’ notice prior to the commencement of this Course are eligible for a full course refund. Cancellations made in writing less than 14 days’ notice prior to the commencement of this Course are non-refundable. Failure to show up to the course will result in forfeiture of the course fees.
In the event that a course is cancelled by High Q UK, then all fees will be refunded in full or at your request.
