HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (Contextualised for the Rope Access Industry)

Tuesday the 23rd of April

With accidents and injuries common across different industries and sectors throughout Australia, the provision for First Aid is a vitally important aspect of keeping everybody safe in the workplace. However, with most First Aid courses aimed squarely at the office environment, how relevant that training is for workers in industrial roles has come under scrutiny in recent times. Can you do CPR on top of a wind turbine? How does suspension trauma affect critical bleeds?
